Valid from the day they are published. KBK Vemdalen AB reserves the right to change these terms; the terms in force at the time of purchase apply to your booking.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. VAT on entry to the trampoline park is 6 per cent.
Payment is made online when you book. The booking becomes binding only once payment has been completed and you have received a booking confirmation by email. If no confirmation arrives, contact us before booking again, so that you do not pay twice.
Your time is reserved for 10 minutes while you pay. If you do not complete checkout within that time, the slot is released to other customers and you will need to book again.
We accept a maximum of 6 jumpers per online booking. If your group is larger, call the park and we will sort it out together.
3. No right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) does not apply to contracts for leisure activities where a specific day or period has been agreed. Our jump times are such contracts. This means you have no right of withdrawal for a booked session.
This is also stated at checkout, before you pay.
4. Cancellation and rebooking
A completed booking of a jump time is binding. We offer no cancellation, rebooking or refund of jump times, family tickets or other ticket types relating to trampoline jumping.
Separate terms apply to party bookings: a party can be cancelled up to 7 days before the booked date, in which case a full refund is given. No refund is given for cancellations later than that.
No refund is given for a missed visit. If you arrive late, you can jump for the time remaining in your session.
5. If we cancel
If we have to close the park or cancel your session, you can choose between a new time and a refund. This also applies in the event of technical failure, power cuts or other events beyond our control.
6. Gift cards
Gift cards are sold for any amount and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are valid for entry as well as snacks and sweets. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not replaced if lost.
7. Park rules
All visitors follow the park's rules and guidelines. You accept them when you book, and the person who books is responsible for making sure everyone in the group has read them.
In brief: the park is for ages 3 and up, Toddler Jump is for children aged 0 to 5, the maximum weight for jumping is 130 kg, trampoline socks are compulsory throughout the activity area and are sold at reception, and some activities require a safety briefing from the staff before you may use them. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited, and your own food and drink may not be brought in.
The staff have the right to remove anyone who does not follow the rules. No refund is given in that case.
8. Liability
All activity and presence in the park is at your own risk. The activities may involve a risk of injury, and it is your responsibility to make sure you have adequate insurance cover before your visit. We do not provide any special insurance for visitors.
You are responsible for your own belongings. We do not compensate for lost or damaged property.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that follows from mandatory law.
9. Personal data
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
10. If we cannot agree
Contact us first, and we will try to resolve it straight away. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
Swedish law applies to the contract.
